If You're Feeling Nervous About Your Experience

When it comes to nerves revolving around your experience, it is normal at almost every stage of the journey leading up to it:

  • getting on the phone with me (which is imperative if you want to have this experience),

  • travelling,

  • showing up,

  • the idea of being vulnerable and standing there in your underwear.

It's all quite nerve-wracking.

I've had phone calls from people saying that they can't make it on the side of the motorway, they've pulled over; someone said they had not slept for days before the session, and so on.

You’ll be surprised to know that in fact, I encourage the nerves. If you are coming into this experience without feeling nervous or insecure at all, then you're probably not as invested as you should be, or you're a psychopath. I know that those who are showing up completely relaxed, are not really in the process.

The reality is that everybody gets nervous before this kind of experience because you don't know what's waiting for you on the other side, and this makes you feel uncertain, no matter how much you prepare yourself.

I want you to know that as weird as this can sound, the more nervous you are, the better! If you are starting at let’s say, -100 on the confidence scale; as you come into this experience, your confidence will grow, will go up and up and up. Past 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 to 100.

Now this trajectory here, this steepness, is what is going to have an incredible impact on you, it's like a roller coaster! But if you started at zero or even at +50, that journey isn't that much, is it? The more change you feel inside you, the more the images will have an impact on you because you won't believe it's possible to look as incredible as you do when you are feeling like you are feeling.

It is such a beautiful journey of self-love and body acceptance and I guarantee you that even if you are super, super nervous, absolute gold and greatness are waiting for you on the other side. I promise you.

Remember, if you want to learn how to fly, you have to jump!
