Not unless you want to. We won’t make any changes to your home in your images, so have it in a condition you’re happy to reflect back on. We may not use the entire space; it really depends. Happy to talk more about this during your Prep Call.

It’s your session, your choice. Some people prefer privacy; others want their partner or someone else nearby. As long as we can keep the vibe chill and focused, we’re good.

We’re London-based, but happy to venture out. Travel up to an hour outside of the M25 is included in most sessions - anything further may require a custom quote depending on time, travel, and logistics.

Home sessions include extra planning time, travel, and often a longer shoot day. A supplement of £100 (or more, depending on location) is added to ensure we can deliver the same quality without compromise.

Absolutely not! Most of our clients have never done anything like this before. We guide you through every pose and expression, helping you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Our speciality is working with everyday people, not models.

Yes! The deposit is refundable for 7 days after paying. It becomes refundable after this time/once a session date is confirmed - whichever comes first.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your session date. Failure to pay on time will result in a cancellation of your shoot date and a fee to rebook.

During your photo reveal, you will have the opportunity to select which images you wish to take home and to decide which products you’d like to include. THERE IS NO PRESSURE TO BUY ANYTHING ❤️

Absolutely. We offer interest-free payment plans spread over 3 or 6 months with no credit checks required. You'll pay a deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments. We can discuss this during your Onboarding Call.

We have a "Love Your Photos Guarantee" - if you're not thrilled with your images, we'll do a reshoot at no additional cost. That's how confident we are that this experience will transform how you see yourself. In over 7 years and 750+ sessions, we've never had anyone take us up on this offer!

Yes, we want to celebrate you - not you wearing the same thing as 500 other people haha During your planning session, we'll discuss what to pack and how to prepare for the session. We recommend bringing 3-5 different looks, but there's no pressure to invest in anything new or expensive - sometimes simple is best!

Hair and makeup services aren't included in our standard session fee but can be arranged for an additional cost. Many clients prefer to do their own makeup for a more natural look, and we provide detailed guidance on how to prepare. If you'd like professional styling, we work with talented artists who understand our natural, authentic approach. We can discuss during your Confidence Call.

Life happens! We understand that circumstances change. You can reschedule your session up to 14 days before your appointment without any penalty. Changes made with less than 14 days' notice may incur a small rescheduling fee to cover our scheduling costs.

Absolutely not - unless you explicitly give us permission. Your privacy is our top priority. During your reveal session, we'll discuss which photos (if any) you're comfortable sharing. Many clients do choose to allow us to share their images because they're proud of the results, but this is completely optional and always your choice.

The photoshoot itself typically lasts 1.5 hours. Your planning session usually takes 30 minutes, and the photo reveal session about an hour. From start to finish, most clients complete their journey with us over the course of 2-3 weeks, though we can accommodate faster timelines for special circumstances.
